Neither the Anavex og SAVA drug has proven they work. For that to be true beyond doubt, approval by a regulatory agency is required.

At this stage we are as investors making assumptions based on more or less certain data and assign probabilities of approval.

Those probabilities differ by perspective, experience and quality of the analysis that at this point cannot be complete since no one is in possession of all the objective information.

If there were other indications one would think they would be mentioned by the company.

They were. As my post stated, SAVA has announced that an independent third party at mid-year 2023 release a report containing evidentiary data for the biological activity of Simufilam outside of neurodegeneration. AD is just the initial step.
