18.3 Uncertainty of Air Classifier Technology on a Commercial Basis The Company’s proprietary Air Classifier technology for processing and purifying graphite has not been used on a commercial basis by the Company and there is no certainty that results achieved during small-batch testing, including those performed at when the Plant was in operation or as part of the computer simulations, can be replicated in commercial quantities, which would have a material adverse impact on the Company’s goals for the technology. The Company will be required to provide graphite that meets certain specifications. The inability of the Company to fully commission and scale-up its operations to process and purifying graphite that meet those specifications may have a material adverse effect on the Company.
