It’s difficult to get a read on anything. I’ll revert to my comment that everyone is lying at this stage.
The conflicts of interest don’t help matters either in terms of alignment with shareholders and the steps taken by management.
The thought that Merck doesn’t even have a reasonable offer on the table would be problematic. I have to believe there is at least something within reason on paper at the very least.
