Likely any offering will be done for PREFERRED SHARES that won't be in the outstanding. - WOW!!! That's HUGE NEWS MILLIONS of $$$$ raised and no increase in the outstanding!

And even if they were to do an offering for commons, they will be RESTRICTED for a year or more likely... Sheesh - we are NOT SCARED
