Do you understand the concept of SUPPLY AND DEMAND?

No one wants this stock at these prices. There is ZERO volume. What do you think will happen when there are 14 million more shares? That's 9x the current float!

They can't do an offering for another three months. It doesn't matter what they WANT, it matters what they can GET. Almost all offerings are done well below market price because of their dilutive effect which impacts SUPPLY AND DEMAND.
