"Car title". This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard.

You can't own the car even if you have the title in your hand, without the previous owner's legit signature and transfer of ownership signed..

Once again, you keep lying like you are, you are playing with fire, you will get burned.

Furthermore, those stock certificates, he can keep to clean up horse manure.

How much have you funded for Calasse case?

NOT a very good example....

You're expecting someone with their car title in hand to prove that they paid for the car. That's not a requirement, they legally own the title.

Ive been a bonded licensed auto dealer/re-builder for 25 years. If someone obtained title to a vehicle under dubious/fraudulent circumstances...then their title isn't worth 2 cents.

For instance, many states don't require a notarized signature to sign off ownership... I cant count the times Ive seen someone obtain a printed/hard copy title (having no legal interest in said vehicle) by signing the legal owners name in the owner/agent section... Only to have the title nullified/voided through the legal system.

My example above pertains to MOST types of property, real and personal.

Your example is not only erroneous... its ridiculous.

Just because you have a car title, doesn't mean you've fully paid for that vehicle.
Stop making payments on your loan and the bank can repossess your vehicle.

But..but..but, I've got a car title."
Doesn't matter.
Your vehicle is gone.
Why?
No proof the vehicle was paid off and you have clear title.
Try again.
