Interesting that Souki stresses "energy security" on nearly all countries' minds.
Joe Biden has declared war on fossil fuels.
The US is not stressing peace negotions between Russia and Ukraine. WW3 could be imminent as China makes support overtures with Russia.
India tries to remain neutral while disliking China. India's "Expression Of Interest" with TELL I'm afraid will go slow until Ukraine is at peace since India doesn't want to upset China (or Russia).
Souki's "Two Minutes" sounds like he might be talking about India without saying it.
