I'm voting yes on all 3. Lets say that the no vote wins. AA has millions or billions of APE shares he could still sell. So that would be more dilution. Yes vote will have less shares and reverse split will raise the share price and if he wanted to sell some shares it would be at higher prices.
Just my way of thinking..
