Shorts want the YES vote to win at all cost. Here are their reasons:
1. Antara has over 200 M APE shares that if yes vote wins will be AMC shares that they can use to close their short positions with. if Antara does not have AMC short positions they can sell them to Citadel at dirt cheap prices to help Citadel close their short positions. Without allowing any AMC squeeze to occur. Because they will not need to buy more AMC shares.
2. The number of shorted shares is reduced by 90%. Making it easier for shorts to close them out without going bankrupt.
3. If AMC is trading at $50 pps. shorts can make more money shorting the new AMC shares back to $5 again.
4. If AA sells 100M shares at $50 pps to other shorts they will have the majority vote and will own AMC. Then the short HFs will replace the board with their people whose purpose will be to drive AMC stock to $0 and go bankrupt. Allowing the existing short positions to get out without buying any AMC shares and keep 100% profit tax free.

So now you understand why a YES vote helps AA and his shorting buddies. A NO vote helps AMC shareholders like you and I. I was wrong in telling you all to vote YES. I listened to Tony Denaro youtube videos and he came across sincerely. But I came to a conclusions he is out to CONFUSE you about the facts because he is on the side of the shorts and AA. He may not admit it but his bias has always been to assume the best from AA and deny the shorts exist or that are wiping us out with their naked shorting.

I agree with TheMarine he makes the best compelling argument that a NO vote is the only vote to protect the AMC shareholders/apes.

Think about it and vote your conscience. I have already voted all my 95K share votes to NO for all 3 proposals. I fill very comfortable with my decision to vote this way.
