LMAO!!! Uh. No. Read the FULL report and you will see they just issued shares to Yorkville on 2/23. 7 MILLION of them. The SEPA agreement (which you also haven't read and it shows) established the agreement for this death spiral financing.

Yeah you can sell that smokescreen bs to others that don't read the FULL report, but the actions in this report follow the price action.

And clearly it is you that has no idea. This company has already had multiple failed ventures some of which are still in litigation.

Hardly a startup, but you already read that right?
