You obviously have no idea at all what you are talking about do I'll try help you out here. That info was from a prospectus dated 10-17-22 (LAST YEAR). Then there was a SUPPLEMENT prospectus dated 2-3-23 to inform everyone that the shares were getting ready to actually be issued which they have been during the past few days. Everyone has known all about this since 10-17-22 (LAST YEAR) and to further enlighten you this is actually very GOOD news. It gives HLBZ the working capital that the company needs to be able to move forward which is exactly how the company is using the funds. You obviously have no idea at all how these start-up companies really work and how they become big companies. Sad.
