Xeriant's S-1 says a reverse will occur. Those who fear a reverse have denied the reality which Xeriant has created.

Suggestion that a Xeriant reverse split will not occur is bald faced bullshit.

There is fear of an imminent reverse. Anything is possible of course, but I suspect this may not be a requirement. If it is not, those who jump in now are going to be exceedingly happy they did.

And inversely, if there is a reverse (as conveyed by Xeriant will occur), those who jump in now are going to be exceedingly unhappy they did?

...because it appears the company is just around the corner with some big news.
