Nobody just exits 14 million shares once it gets to $.15 or $.20 because the of the impact on price. One has to scale out just as one has to scale into that quantity. And then I would expect him to hang onto a significant chunk in case it does go to $0.50 or $1 or $2. FOMO just in case.
If I remember correctly TC’s options are 10 year exercisable at $1 so that means he makes nothing unless the price exceeds $1 . He needs $3, $4, $5 to make significant money. Is this correct?
