Near 1.6Billion OS was communicated by company with a corresponding increase in AS in filing last year..that was no surprise and gave us investors ample time to accumulate…heck..even one of my relatives using a brokerage that deals with risky OTC has accumulated .002, we got the AS under 5B well under my 7.5Billion estimate however, the company has increased consecutively in short period of time on the way from 1B to 2.5B so there’s a chance it could ease up to 7.5Billion which I’m comfortable with if OS remains under 2B.
At 4.5B AS, a $50Billion buyout is not as high as it would have been at 2.5B AS but it beats a $10B buyout at 2.5B AS

Boy, that would be lovely to see. I tell you who won't be surprised. Me (and several others) that believe they are going to pull this off.

Pea reminded me of some things that you just have to wonder why? All of the people that are working with him.

Too many people & companies have surrounded themselves with ST3 and the circle is growing.
Obviously, because he must have something to offer that they want to be a part of and ITS BIG!

IST is the hub for all these spokes. When that deal closed, all doubt should've fled. Everett knows whats up.
