I see you joined this board less than a month ago and you don't have much good to say about GTEM, so could you share for us what attracts you to this company/stock? Also, re as far as not knowing where Globetel is at anymore (as you state),I thought the last news release was very clear: VPN de Mexico has accepted GTEM's 3-month Hotzone test pilot, VPN and GTEM are finalizing a JV, and VPN's CEO states that he looks forward to providing Hotzone networks throughout Mexico.

Regarding the stratellite, GTEM continues testing at Palmdale, and plans to move SanswireII to Edwards in 30 to 60 days.
