Most every “conspiracy theory” the last three years has proven true. This isn’t all that far fetched.

As I’ve said - Denner loses, I take my L and likely go short (depending how far it immediately dumps. Company is toast with current management. I just fail to see how they have enough cash to turn it around in time. Still no revenues coming from EU.
