TTE - did I miss them telling us shareholders about the stock grants during the “day of transparency” session with shareholders? LOL… IMO, grants were delayed deliberately till after voting closed. SEC rules require disclosure on Form 4 within two business days after the event date (acquisition, sale, etc). Last year the grants were done early February. Easy to toggle through Amarin website (SEC filings) and see historical grants - provided one has the stomach for it.
