The approval process in the U.K. includes an MIA which could come at any time and if under rolling review approval could come timely after that announcement. A DOJ announcement could come anytime too. They already spent years looking into issues before announcing their investigation and during that time analysis tools were developed that will be and have been useful at identifying the perps and should also be very instrumental at bringing them to justice. I think you forgot to mention that part ; ). Best wishes.
