Once WMIH began trading AND WMI WAS STILL in BK it became BOBVIOUS that WMIH was a sub and that WMI was WAS INNNNNNN FACT still alive and if not, then how could/would it still have been in BK and spun off WMIH with the COURTS APPROVAL

Remember when this happened it made two classes of OWNERs

Owners of THE ORIGINAL DEBTOR WMI and OWNERS of the sub WMIH.

Now just like when APPLE spun off BLACKBERRY the shares one received in BLACKBERRY were specific to blackberry and those shares NO LONGER HAD ANY AFFILIATION what so ever to APPLE not any claim in anything APPLE did from there on.

Same was done here in WMIH with the OWNERSHIP CHANGE AND SPIN OFF one side of the fence participates in the old WMI on doesn't UNLESS they elected to participate and got shares IN WMIH IMHO, but that is where the affiliation to WMI ENDED
