Not 10m shares, 10m DOLLARS worth. Probably give them away REAL CHEAP, say .01 or less. So, we're talkin 1 BILLION shares + 1 BILLION more warrants included. Only question is who's gonna buy them and what if any restrictions will be put on them?

This type of offering should cause share price to drop drastically as it would literally only be worth .005 if you factor in the offering.
