It’s those pesky diluters. Can’t remember those loan totals but if you do the math… say $500k at a discount of 15% of the prior 30 day average was probably .0019 soooo maybe they getting them at .0016. Quick selling gives them a nice short term gain me thinks. At 500k (I can’t remember the total) that’s about 260 mil. Plus the preferred shares converting as well.
Not sure how many shares have converted. Guess we’ll know when the K / Q comes out. Which is what .. March ?
