You’re equating stock price to value which is not the same at any moment because of unaccounted for news we are not aware of yet nor revealed.

Seems that you are trying to qualify that there is no manipulation currently happening. Many of us here, do believe there is a concerted effort to hold the SP down. We will see what happens in court. Right now I consider this a wonderful time to BUY!
