Here is the post you replied to - my "claim". Czech the links and you will see that those locations all have the game-cafes/game-restaurants as I stated. Ergo this "claim" is fully backed-up. I wrote that there are already many game-cafes/game-restaurants in those locations and - voila (or "whaa-laa") - there are!
