Why? None of them are publicly-traded pennyscams that rely on selling stock and CONvertible debt to cover losses like the Fatal Form 15 non-registered, non-reporting, unaudited scummy scam AMFE/FUNN/FUNNQ does.

And none of them planned/plans to franchise.

Unlike SnL, these are real businesses that do nott rely on looting pennyvestors in order to survive.
