Meanwhile, back at the ranch, they are incorporated in Nevada and delinquent in having a registered agent-----no matter their future plans, seems pretty stooopid to me to spend hundreds of thousands on a shell and risk default/dissolution (whatever that may entail) for a few hundred bucks ~shrugs :-)
