No. Lich is incorporated in Nevada not Vyome. We have no idea what the shell is being used for still.
Vyome is registered in Delaware.

Btw, it takes a long time for a dead shell to be hijacked or even allowed before going through the court system. Delinquency is common and then updated as needed. Happens all the time. I’m in NJ they don’t do a thing. Then I pay and I’m good. I would t worry about this unless they just drop the shell all together. But that looks doubtful at this point. Just have to ride it out and hope for the best here.
