If Denner wins what do you see as a short term spike ? Or non at all

Of course we'll see a short covering spike if he wins. However, nothing really changes the bottom line, so I don't see WS jumping in. In fact, I see a strong sell off once recent highs or the ice line is upthrusted.

Now, what if he loses? Yikes!

Personally, I don't think Denner ever thought it would come to this. I think he's acting to save face and really has no magic answer to trun the company profitable in preparation for a reasonable BO.
