IMHO no but, he now is an integral part of carrying OUT THE PLAN...........

I still suggest the authors of this plan were PEPPER(NOT TEPPER) KILLINGER and BONDERMAN( on the BOD in 1995 and is a BK SPECIALIST ) and it started being put into motion in 1995, since we have seen inner office memo's about the creation of SPE's safe harbored assets..........way back then.....

My guess is they either planned on taking the bank down somehow themselves and getting all the goodies or also planned in case the FDICK took the bank down, so they would be the lone survivors or a few in a VERY VERY SELECT GROUP called the H's.

But that was thwarted by NATE and thank goodness he came forth.....

As big as this appears to be people would give their RIGHT ARM to be in this position and they could care less about waiting as long as it took to get these amounts of money

But thata is just my WAG and I am sticking to it..
