Okay, I didn’t realize my park bench meeting would be cancelled due to Presidents’ Day — apparently the pan handling is more lucrative at the monuments today than in the park, so needed to reschedule.

Have a few extra minutes.

Here’s another hypothetical that many of us have seen first hand in our professional lives: Management and key employee part ways over a dispute or disagreement before the completion or end of their contract. But to avoid bad press or litigation or other HR related issues, the company agrees to early termination of the employment agreement while honoring the compensation terms.

How do we know that SM didn’t depart due to something like that? How do we know that Murthy completed the terms of his contract, especially without Linda providing some form of disclosure?

Later today, I might have some pictures of the favorite donut shop that’s frequented by the Donut Eaters employed by Linda’s Evil Georgetown Digital Media Company.

If you look at the paperwork Murthy's payment was in shares after certain milestones are met. I'd bet he met most if not all of the milestones.
