Fact is: Wand Merger merged with and into NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE HOLDINGS INC., which was the parent of Nationstar L.L.C d/b/a Mr. Cooper.

So I should have drawn both the parent NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE HOLDINGS INC. and its sub Nationstar L.L.C d/b/a Mr. Cooper as two separate entities. But the intention was clear I hope.

Mr. Cooper Group (formerly WMIH) is the parent (or holding company) of former Nationstar Holdings Inc., which is the parent of Nationstar L.L.C d/b/a Mr. Cooper now.

So the red line is wrong.
