The recovery already happened. You got WMIH shares, there is nothing more. Now this is the COOP board. If you don't own COOP, there is no reason to be here.
I do strongly believe that there should be a payment for WMB assets.FDIC has fiduciary duty to maximize the assets it sold.And i also strongly believe that there should be assets coming back to former equity from WMI CH 11 based on bankruptcy rule 1123(b)(3)(B). So far, former equity received 13 cents in value in the form of COOP.BK courts allow distributions (paltry) to equities just to encourage then to vote and accept the plan and thats what happened here.
