Doesn't sound too promising for erhe shareholders:

I think Shell is probably hiding the truth and waiting, to try and take over the rest of the STP EEZ blocks from GALP, ERHC, Kosmos, etc, at a much lower price.. The supermajors have the money and can wait. Especially now that they (Total and Shell) have so much money going into new Namibian development fields..

I wonder why guerguerian dickran, erhe's largest shareholder, liar, and now person obsessed with a sketch of a head with a fake Facebook account, was repeatedly claiming erhe would be priced at "dollars/share in a few short weeks" last spring. As with all dickran's bullish claims, erhe share price never moved far from zero.

Meanwhile no communications from erhc management other than a random 8-K every few years that creates more questions than it answers. Seriously, why isn't anyone who still holds a significant erhe position demanding that erhc management and bod of this public cmpany do their jobs and honor their fiduciary responsibilities to their shareholders? 5+ years of silence? Despicable.

Great points NDT. Wild card could be SEO .He is a master negotiator with his political connections in the area and his billionaire status could be the key elements. Remember he was the architect of the JDZ and STP. That was his baby as he put his money, time and energy into that. Doubt he would walk away empty handed from that Gargantuan effort!

I agree to a point but at some point Total will have to act as they may have to drill before ERHE rights expire.in the not too distant future.Maybe they are hoping to force that issue and start a bidding war on block 4 but they may not want to risk possibly losing it to another suitor. They have it sewn up with ERHE (400+ pages) Can't see that happening
