Is there a requirement that is time sensitive for ERHE to retain its rights in Block 4?

I agree to a point but at some point Total will have to act as they may have to drill before ERHE rights expire.in the not too distant future.Maybe they are hoping to force that issue and start a bidding war on block 4 but they may not want to risk possibly losing it to another suitor. They have it sewn up with ERHE (400+ pages) Can't see that happening
