Ah, thanks! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one doing a little bit of (educated) guessing.

Do you have any business associates in the Lauderhill area who could drop by that location (hint hint)?

Since you're in Florida as a business broker, what's your take on the expired business license thing?

This link:
https://www.myfloridalicense.com/inspectionDetail.asp?InspVisitID=7329038&id=7328607

shows LLEGAL PIZZA LAUDERHILL LLC having an expired license (as of 12/01/22), where the "Primary status" is Delinquent, but the "Secondary status" is Active.

When I copy the business license SEA1624446, then go here:
https://www.myfloridalicense.com/delinquency_search.asp?SID=

and paste the number into the form box for:
--
Open Search
License Number of Delinquent Retailer:
--

I get this back:
--
Delinquency Search Results
Licensee's operating under a transfer temporary are not included in the list. Contact ABT for further information.
No Delinquency Information found.
--

Am I using that form correctly, and interpreting the result correctly, that there is some sort of license transfer underway?

Thanks in advance for any follow-up.

As a business-broker in Florida, do you have 'real time access' to business info about Florida businesses (about registered corporations and licenses) that might not show up in on-line databases until 'later' (for some definition of later meaning not-available-to-me this instant through non-for-pay interfaces)?
