Situ Valid question. Answer: I’m lazy. Explanation: I did not receive any proxy cards (white or blue, maybe because i live in Canada). My broker BMO InvestorLine did not have anything online. I had to call and do it by phone. At the moment I am on a beach in Punta Cana. I was given the option of BMO calling me back with my codes for my 5 accounts and going online and voting OR they offered to do it all for me if it was “simple”. I took the lazy solution and just said “vote against on all motions in all accounts “. I had planned on voting for 2 Sarissa nominees (& possibly for PWO removal) but that would have complicated it and I likely would have been told to wait for the codes and go online myself. I have been watching the stock primarily because I was timing the transfer of 1 account’s holdings to another for tax reasons by March 1st. Wish I would have done it at $2.08 but I didn’t predict the pullback. I transferred those funds today so I will turn off iHub and Stocktwits until late April (unless something big happens) when I will have to sell some to pay taxes.
