#17175 RE: LocWolf #17174

LocWolf, I first invested in HDVY when Stephen Barnhill was the CEO, I can't even remember how long ago that's been. I hardly ever post to this forum but read it quite often and have keep up with all the sordid twists and turns of this on-going soap opera that is HDVY. Looking back my greatest regret is for making this investment to start with, but for so many of us at the time the HDVY story was one that almost assuredly had a pot of gold at the end of its rainbow.

Now looking forward my greatest fear is that financials will never be filed and HDVY will eventually be delisted, and we will never be able to trade again, leaving our shares captured and virtually worthless with any future awards to be divided between management. Yes, I know that would be unethical and on its face illegal, but I've seen it happen before. I truly hope that won't happen, but I worry about that possibility. After all, 60K isn't a whole lot of money if that's all that's required to file financials, become current, regain compliance, and start trading again. I would think there are enough insiders who would be glad to loan the company enough money to accomplish that task, and for that matter I would think even a Go-Fund-Me campaign with the promise of pay back after any settlement would generate adequate funding from small retail investors like us.

Have any of these possibilities ever crossed your mind? Am I concerned over something that in all probability will never happen? I would appreciate your thoughts and I also want to thank you and several other posters for the contributions made to this board over the last many years. Good luck to us all.
