I think boarddork has it right. Az was just first in line having jumped through all the right hoops. An analogy, AZ ordered his vehicle direct from the factory. The rest of us are waiting for ours to show up at the dealership before taking possession.

Careful….due to the investigation of what you find is that AZ has not been truthful lately as to the money received…..it has nothing to do with old equity but Wells Fargo penalties for their account holders….

Boarddork - I guess if you reverse the process flow - review when, what instances and to whom LT issues Liquidation Trust Interest (LTI), you will find the answer. I had approached LT amin in a couple years back and I was told that I am not qualified for LTI. I hold K,P,UQ.
