It’s pulled out of the potential ‘dilutive’ amount meaning as of right now that will not hit any OS increase. Doesn’t mean they can’t register more down the line but think of it as putting it back into the AS potential pool.
Other dilution happening still with the loans / notes conversions and preferred share conversions. That’s my take… not sure.
