Tasty, I asked Birdrockboy to explain because the answer I got from RMB created more questions than answers. I couldn’t figure it out either. My assumption is that Sarissa controls the votes for 25 million shares, 19 million of which are not owned by Denner or Sarissa individually but that they have either in their funds and or those shares are committed to them for voting purposes. I assume it’s because they have the 19 million shares in question are in their investment funds therefor they control the sole voting power for those stocks. Don’t take my word for it though.

TTE, I'm not sure if it was strictly a reallocation to the various Sarrisa groups, but I think nothing was sold. Someone said it was a tax loss sale, but of course if that did occur, the buy-back within 30 days so it would have been a wash sale correct? So to me that doesn't seem plausible. JMO
