I wouldn’t follow LTRO. He lied about Denner selling shares in Q4 to drive stock price down and make KM look bad. LTRO claimed it was to bolster support for the proxy war. All false. The stock price in Q4 started and remained between $1.11 and $1.21 during Q4. If you support Denner, vote FOR on all, if you support PWO and AMRN, vote AGAINST entire card. JMO.
