Wasn't there something in there that Trillium gets the shares issued at a discount to market? At the current price we are seeing (.00055) for dilution, $14 million is a crazy number of shares here. My calculator shows a number like 25 billion shares in total dilution. This stock is going to be guaranteed candidate for a R/S when this is done.
