With a 3a10 settlement they are issued shares in tranches to sell at current market value. They keep issuing shares until all $13.6 million is paid in full regardless the stock pps. If the price goes down they just issue more shares. So the debt holders dont care what the pps is because the court will just issue more shares until the entire debt is paid in full. Thats why this stock is going to .0001 and NO BID. That will force the CEO to do R/S #6
