MLB is looking more like Little League. Next up mandatory pitch counts with required days off between starts depending on pitches thrown. And coming soon runners for the catcher if he is on base with 2 outs so he can get his equipment on.

And only 2 step offs for the pitcher so you might as well just give up the base.
