Quick look at valuation of LOI.

Simple math,

$1,000,000 deal would be .08+- a share based on AMIH share structure with the simple multiple of 10x.

$5M would = .40 +- a share

$10m would = .80 +- a share

This does not take into consideration any other subsidiaries of AMIH.

The potential here is huge. Just my opinion..
