Going to be interesting to see the terms of this acquisition. Thinking outside the box would be AMIH excepts a cash and share agreement. Amount unknown... AMIH then could announce a stock dividend, lets say 1 / 2,000 = 5,258 based on 105,177,239 OS. This does 2 things, 1. rewards the shareholders (Longs) 2. Forces the accounting of the share structure. A lot of companies are starting to do different maneuvers to fight against the illegal practice of Naked Shorting that has been destroying and manipulating small cap companies stock price.

5,258 x $4.50 (price of COMS stock today)= $23,660.00 what a deal this would be.. Just thinking...
