Slev, my research is looking at the stock price over the past few years since REDUCE-IT, the weekly script numbers, as well as the clock ticking on our exclusivity and current revenues being generated after a few years of GIA in EU/ROW. Other research is looking at who bought shares with their own money, vs. who is receiving free shares. That is all the research I require.

You have every right to vote to keep getting taken to the cleaners by PWO and his cronies, but thank god you seem to be in a very small minority (at least on this board).

Hopefully Denner wins this battle and can take control so we can sell Vascepa to someone who can actually market/sell it.

NS, most of what’s posted is just opinions. I accept that you believe GIA is best path forward, the company will be sold eventually, Denner put forth unqualified candidates just so they’d be rejected and that he just wants total control, and many of your other opinions. These are all just your opinions of which none are backed by facts or data. I just disagree with you currently. I still value and respect all of your factual DD and also respect your OPINIONS. We all do our best to use available evidence and data to formulate our opinions. As data changes, so should our opinions. I don’t fault anybody for stating theirs.

About GIA I would respectfully agree and disagree.

GIA in the EU is excellent for BP but terrible for a tiny company like Amarin.

NS You are correct...There are many things up in the air in the near and long term...

-what will revenues be in the U.S.?
-what will revenues be in Europe and ROW?
-has the U.S. market really been lost forever?
-How will the FDC combo succeed in Europe?
-will there be one or more BP interested in buying Amarin?
- how will the stock market fare in the next months and years?
- how low a buyout price would be acceptable?

At this point, neither the Amarin board nor Denner have answers to these questions...

But I trust that Denner will eventually sell the company at a profit to where he bot.

Ns, "I absolutely believe that GIA in Europe is the best way"? How many years will Amarin take to break even in its EU operation, excluding US operation? TIA.

Sleven, How can you post something like this - given where we are:

I absolutely believe that GIA in Europe is the best way for investors to see value. I also do believe that at some point in time this company will be sold.

You have to be 'related' to Amarin somehow - to keep defending such views !

GIA - JT first not selling to BP in 2019 - later not settling before 'Stupid Placed Ninth Circuit Patent Case' - is background where we are.

JT and Kennedy completely lost the ability to think straight (keep feet on the ground) - after R-I - and $26 at top in the market - which ended in the Titanic disaster in the Nevada Court.

So today 'defending Going it Alone' - is a big offence to every serious long investor in Amarin.

GIA is the reason - half of Cash evaporated - along with a long line of 'throwing unnecessary money away - in typical extravagance on Boards - not giving a shit about shareholders.

Enormous HQ in Bridgewater - lots of expenses building EU HQ in Switzerland - super high salaries for Management and BOD - the list of mismanagement (not caring about the owners - the shareholders) goes on and on.
