No, I’m not happy BUT the reality we face, thanks to the US legal system, is that we have patents that are 100% USELESS, UNENFORCEABLE. There is nothing beyond striking deals with individual insurance companies that Amarin can do to maintain any sales in the US. Nothing. FDC has zero value in US - insurance companies won’t pay. All legal options have been exhausted. No point spending any money in the US with 4 generics to eat up your sales.
Focus has to be 100% EU. Conserve cash and trudge through the bureaucratic process of each EU country.
Denner has no other plan.
No other choice.
