Fentanyl is a mystery to me considering how deadly it is and I grew up in the drug culture if you will during the late 60s and 70s.

When I had surgery last year they sent me home with a script for 8 pills and said this is all you get and take two Tylenol afterwards.

I get the point that kids want to get high but WTF. Now the SOBs are cutting Coke with Fentanyl.
