For combo trial, they need to start with dose escalation part again. How long would it take? What would be their next step? Multiple dose expansion arms followed by phase 3 trials with comparator arms? Sounds absolutely unrealistic for the company with cash enough to run a business for only next 2 or 3 quarters. They need some outstanding data and very soon to move SP much higher, then dilute, and repeat it again and again. Not sure it is possible. Other option is to sell the company.
