These data suggest that 806 helps knock down the Mcl-1 and Bcl-xl, whereas Venetoclax knocks down Bcl-2. Together that's a very strong approach to defeating the cells anti-apoptotic tricks.

This is likely a contributor to the synergy between 806 and venetoclax and the synergy between Tuspetinib and venetoclax.

It' why I am so anxious to see some combination data. I truly believe this will be a game-changer.
